Registration includes one paper, conference proceedings, welcome reception, breakfast, coffee breaks, lunches, technical sessions and exhibition.

To become a regular CSME member, please visit the CSME website [Link]. Membership is free for students and $140 for professional members ($85 the first year).
30 days or more before the opening of the conference authors only will be eligible for a Full Refund minus a $100 service fee. All other participants/delegates are not eligible for any refunds. Less than 30 days before the conference no refunds will be issued.
Letters of Invitation
For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who both, have papers which have been accepted for the conference, and have already purchased their registration. Instructions will be issues to those who meet those requirements on how to request a letter. Please contact the congress chair for more information.
